Event Details
Date: Saturday, December 13th
Location: Mallory Park, SSI
Cost: $225 per team
Format: Coed (See rules below)
Team Size: Maximum 8 players per team
Games: 3 matches minimum, plus a
championship final for the top 2 teams
Rain Date: Sunday, December 20th
Team Composition: All teams are required
to be COED. This means at least 2 players of
the opposite gender must be on the team
(e.g., 6 boys and 2 girls, or 5 girls and 3 boys)
Deadline to register teams: Dec 10th
🎅 Divisions & Schedule
We will feature two competitive divisions, each with a festive theme!
The Reindeer Division (Ages 9-11)
>> Check-in: 12:30 PM
>> First Game: 1:00 PM
The Frosty Division (Ages 12-15)
>> Check-in: 4:30 PM
>>First Game: 5:00 PM
Game Duration
All matches will be 24 minutes long (two 12-minute halves with a 1-minute break).

Team Registration Process
Each team must designate one adult (coach or team manager) who is responsible for registering the entire team.
During registration, this adult will be required to complete the team form and list all players on the roster. There is no separate registration form for individual players.
Roster Finalization
All team rosters must be finalized when you register. If you have any emergency, last-minute changes after submitting, please contact me directly.
